Controller Board for Rapid Prototyping
ES1135 is a Simulation Controller Board, designed for rapid prototyping applications in ES1000 systems. Its enormous computing power enables fullpass and bypass operation even of complex functions. The L2-cache size and access time increase the processing speed of the board when typical software models with a high amount of cache hits are computed. An easy and convenient handling of the various functions ES1135 offers is ensured through the perfect integration into ASCET-RP V5.1, INTECRIO and INCA-EIP.
With its nonvolatile RAM ES1135 enables to store adaptive data during operation of the ECU and thus makes rapid prototyping of modern ECU functions possible. For the development of safety relevant functions, the ES1135 provides a watchdog functionality that can easily be configured within ASCET-RP. An integrated high-speed Ethernet switch allows you to connect compact modules to the PC without the use of an ES600 module as external switch. The low power consumption of ES1135 (typically 12 W instead of 180 W with a normal PC) emphasizes theautomotive suitability of the ES1135.
