The ES1232-A is the high performance ETK emulator test probe integration into the ES1000 system for measurement and calibration as well as for rapid prototyping applications. This board covers sophisticated requirements concerning real-time performance, huge data throughput and comfortable user handling.
Three ETK Interface operating modes with different performance levels provide optimal solutions to your applications. The board can be implemented easily without any necessary changes to current ECU projects by using the Basic Operating Mode. In this mode, the ES1232-A performs like the predecessor boards – the ETK interface is supported with a data transfer rate of 8 Mbit/s. The ES1232-A automatically switches to Compatibility Mode if the ETK allows Block Transfer Mode. Furthermore, you can easily enjoy the complete capability of the ETK Interface Board with 100 Mbit/s data transfer rate and 16 measurement and bypass rasters after small adjustments of the ASAM MCD-2MC file of your control unit program.
Up to four ES1232-A plug-in boards can be used simultaneously in an ES1000 system. The initial operation of the board is especially user-friendly and offers a convenient integration and configuration in INCA, INTECRIO and ASCET-RP tools.
