The ES510 module offers three Ethernet ports to connect measurement, calibration, or rapid prototyping devices to an application hosted by a PC or drive recorder. In addition, ECUs with XETK or native Ethernet interfaces that talk XCP-on-Ethernet to INCA can be hooked up.
The ES510 Network Module synchronizes the measuring channels of the connected modules with an accuracy of 1 µs. ES510 indicates traffic on the connecting lines by LEDs. It automatically switches into stand-by mode when the PC is disconnected. ES510 is aimed for cost effective setups in the lab, at the test bench, or in the vehicle withstanding moderate environment conditions without any compromise on performance or reliability. Off-the-shelf RJ45 patch cables can be used to connect the ES510 module to the PC in laboratory applications. For test bench and in-vehicle applications, robust Ethernet connection cables are provided.
