Change MIP V5.4 to an earlier Version

If a computer is used to work with more than one INCA version and its respective installed MIP (MATLAB Integration Package) Add-on, it is difficult to switch from the INCA V5.4 MIP to an earlier MIP-version.

Configuring the ETAS-Network

The connected ETAS hardware cannot be accessed via Ethernet, even though the modules have been entered correctly in the Hardware Configuration Editor.

Updating the CAN-Link Driver

After installing an ETAS CAN Link Card I or ETAS CAN Link Card II, the system is unable to locate the installed driver.

Communication with the ES1000.2 cannot be established

INCA is unable to detect the ES1000.2 hardware.

INCA or the HSP show error message announcing that there was no Ethernet hardware to detect or initialize.
This message appears even though the network settings (IP address etc.) are correct and the hardware is connected and turned on.

INCA Timeout Error During CCP-Measurement using a Compaq ProLiant DL320

INCA terminates a CCP Measurement with a 35 sec. timeout message in the Hardware Status Window, whenever a Compaq ProLiant DL320 PC with Windows 2000 is used.

INCA Installation Fails on Notebooks without Parallel Port

When a user attempts to install INCA, HSP, etc. on any notebook that does not have a parallel port, the installation terminates without error message. The notebook has to be turned off and then to be restarted.
