Key Job Responsibilities:
The objective of the position is to support the business acquisition of ETAS’ “Software Engineering Solutions” including system set-up and after-sales support. The involved products are prototyping and software design tools for automotive ECUs (Electronic Control Unit) as well as AUTOSAR solutions.
The tasks include but are not limited to:
- Lead/clarify customer requirements and prepare suitable system configurations based on ETAS products and services
- Technical consulting and demonstrations
- Provide System/Product Training to customers
- On-site support
Main Job Requirements / Qualifications:
Working experience:
- 5 years technical experience with real-time automotive control systems
- 3 years experience with function / software development in the automotive industry
Education:
- University degree in a technical field related to electronics or software
Skills / Abilities:
- native in Chinese (mandarin), fluent in English language
- excellent understanding about the control strategies in at least one of the following areas:
- engine control, transmission control, chassis control, E-motor control, battery control for E-vehicles
- experience with modeling tools (Matlab / Simulink, ASCET)
- understanding the development process of automotive control software
- knowledge about the electric specification of automotive electronic control units
- good analytic skills
- capability to integrate and work in a multinational team
- willingness to travel frequently within China
