ESDL – a safe way to C

The C programming language is the de facto standard for lean, efficient embedded software. But for programmers using C, there are many pitfalls that must be avoided to use it well, meaning tedious work and the risk that mistakes creep into the code. Now ETAS is bringing the advantages of model-based software development to C programmers with Embedded Software Development Language (ESDL). ESDL protects against many C programming errors and introduces new features to improve software modification and reuse.

ETAS opens new office in Nagoya

A new office opened in Japan just recently. The Nagoya office will help ETAS to enhance its collaboration with customers nearby and in Western Japan. ETAS celebrated the opening of its Nagoya office on February 17. Around 40 customers and partners attended the opening ceremony and dinner reception.
