When contacting the helpdesk, please provide a description of the problem as well as a list of the software versions and hardware being used. Please also include your software license number. If you prefer support via telephone, please be sure to include your phone number in your initial support request.

Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time
