ETAS-Tools: Last season, we used an ES910 with the ES921 expansion module as our Vehicle Control Unit (VCU) that in turn helped our Vehicle Dynamics Control (VDC) system perform reliably. The code for the ES910 was generated with INTECRIO and its toolchain in combination with Mathworks Simulink.

In terms of calibration, INCA was indispensable in helping us effectively use our testing time. In addition, the ES410 and ES411 Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) measurement modules, as well as the Measure Data Analyzer (MDA) were used to validate our Multibody Simulation (MBS) model and to gather post-season testing and troubleshooting data. ETAS tools:

We use ETAS products for various applications on both the test bench as well as in the car. In addition to utilizing INCA as a calibration tool and MDA to analyze data, we use the following hardware:

ETAS ES690.1

ETAS ES600.1_E

ETAS AD-Scan

ETAS Thermo-Scan

ETAS BARO-Scan

The ES60, with its serial interface, enables us to integrate our older ETAS modules, such as the AD scan, thermal scan, and Baro-Scan, into the system.

To keep an eye on all sensors during the testing phase and to calibrate the engine in real time, we use an ETAS ES593.1_D in conjunction with a router for telemetry. The ETAS ES593.1_D includes both CAN Monitoring, which receives sensor data, as well as CAN CCP to calibrate the MS4 Sport Engine Control Unit (ECU).
