  • New battery cell simulation unit provides sophisticated test capabilities for Battery Management Systems (BMS)
    The ETAS testing system allows the simulation of lithium ion battery cell voltages, which can be combined in order to simulate battery packs. With the ETAS open LABCAR platform, the cell voltages can be stimulated by a standard battery model from ETAS, but also flexibly by customer or 3rd party real-time battery cell models. The cell simulation components together with additional relays allow the simulation of normal cell operation as well as fault conditions, which cannot be tested easily with a real battery set-up.
  • High-voltage, high-current measurement for battery and inverter control development (ES411CBN40x–Isolating Measurement Probes)
    The ETAS adapter for the ES411 module enables high-voltage and high-current measurement, e.g., required by HEV/EV development projects. It is suitable for battery or inverter voltage monitoring providing a max. sampling rate of 10 kHz. These modules support time-synchronous data acquisition within entire ECU networks utilizing ETAS’ measurement and calibration tool family INCA.
  • Prototyping solutions (INTECRIO, ES930, ES910)
    The ETAS prototyping tools are reliable and flexible solutions for model-based development.
    They enable prototyping of automotive electronic systems based on MATLAB®/Simulink® and ASCET models, plus C code modules.
