ES4000 / ES5000 – HiL hardware
An ES4000 test system hosts VME boards for different kind of I/O, failure and load simulation modules, as well as adaptation and breakout panels for ECU testing.
By use of an XETK, logical signals from inside the ECU can be connected dirctley to the plant model running on the LABCAR-RTPC.

INCA Software Products
LABCAR-OPERATOR connects to INCA to acquire measurement data synchronously to signals of the plant simulation and to adjust ECU parameters.The INCA data are displayed in the LABCAR-OPERATOR experimental environment.
The MDA Measure Data Analyzer is used to visualize and analyze measurement data provided by LABCAR-OPERATOR and to prepare stimulation signals for open-loop testing.
