ETAS’s SCODE-ANALYZER (System CO DEsign) software tool makes it possible to clearly describe and verify complex relationships in closed-loop control systems. To this end, the overall system is divided up into operating areas known as “modes” (for example, idle, full load, limp-home mode). Displaying the system this way is most beneficial when the software makes decisions or has a lot of variants.

SCODE-ANALYZER enables control systems to be displayed in a way that is easy to understand. In this way, the software facilitates collaboration, for instance in the areas of change management, documentation, intra-team cooperation, project handover, and safety analysis. If required, M code or C code can be generated automatically.
