ES13x - extension modules

Extend the existing ETAS portfolio according to your needs

The ES13x product family enables developers and calibration engineers to extend their existing ETAS portfolio by adding CAN or LIN channels to their existing ETAS devices. The compact devices can be combined with existing ES600.2, ES523 or the ES8xx family. The ES132 adds two CAN FD channels and ES134 adds two LIN Channel.

ES13x product portfolio

The ES132.1 interface extension module offers advanced connectivity options specifically designed for the automotive industry. It features connections to two independent CAN FD channels and integrates seamlessly with other ETAS hardware devices via FE ports using ETAS time synchronization technology. The module supports a CAN bus interface and SAE J2534-2 pass-through, ensuring compatibility with third-party software through ETAS BOA. It is equipped with state-of-the-art SIC transceivers. Similarly, the ES134.1 interface extension module provides connections to two independent electrically isolated LIN channels, enabling a flexible setup for LIN, CAN FD, and XETK applications, while also supporting third-party software compatibility and utilizing the latest LIN transceiver technology.
