The ETAS INCA ECO system combines ECU calibration, internal signal recording, and raw vehicle bus logging in one environment. It can record ECU variables, calibration parameters, and bus traffic such as CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, and Ethernet in one consolidated measurement file, giving engineers one consistent dataset for each test. Because all data is captured on a common time base, ECU signals and network frames are synchronized and do not need manual post-measurement merging.

Engineers can calibrate the ECU as well as measure and monitor bus communication in parallel, while ETAS MDA supports visualization and evaluation afterward. The data is stored in ASAM MDF4 and can be exported to formats such as .ASC and .PCAPNG, which helps to integrate recorded data into existing analysis workflows and archive it for future use.
