What is ETAS Connections?
The ETAS Connections is our annual customer and partner gathering. Each year, decision-makers, executives, technical specialists, visionaries, and developers gather here to exchange ideas, network, and discuss the latest developments in the automotive field.The event not only promotes knowledge exchange but also fosters collaboration among the leading minds of the industry. In an atmosphere marked by innovation and progress, attendees have the opportunity to make valuable connections, initiate partnerships, and collaboratively shape the future of mobility.

When and where will ETAS Connections 2024 take place?
ETAS Connections takes place on October 9, 2024. Onsite location is the WAGENHALLEN, Innerer Nordbahnhof 1, Stuttgart, Germany.

What is the program?

How can I become an exhibition partner at ETAS Connections?
Participation as an exhibitor is by invitation only, there are no other booking options.

How can I apply myself as a speaker or submit an application on behalf of a speaker?
Participation as an speaker is by invitation only, there are no other application options.

Do you have an on-site parking?
There is on-site parking at the WAGENHALLEN Stuttgart, but space is limited. However, you can find several parking facilities close by. The nearest one is Panorama 21 located at Heilbronner Strasse 86-88 (10-15 minutes of walk away from the venue). We recommend traveling by public transport. 

What is the networking party?
On October 9, participants, including speakers and exhibition partners, will come together in an informal atmosphere to continue discussions sparked during the event and to network over a buffet dinner and drinks.

Is the onsite ETAS Connections barrier-free accessible?
Yes, almost every area is accessible. There are 2 barrier-free toilets.  Do not hesitate to contact us if you have other specific needs.

In 2023 ETAS Connections featured a Business and a Developer Day. Why has the event been shortened from two days to one day?
Many customers and partners have indicated that they are unable to attend due to travel and budget restrictions. Therefore, we have shortened our two-day event to a single day on October 09, 2024. We have combined the key elements of the Business and Developer Days to ensure a focused and valuable experience.

Registration

Why is there a MyAccount?
A personal MyAccount is required to book a ticket for ETAS COnnections 2024. The account will be created with ETAS at the beginning of the registration process. Upon completing the booking of a ticket through our agency EMENDO Event + Congress GmbH & Co. KG, the MyBCW account will be activated byETAS and all important event-related information can be found there, e.g. access to theonline platform, on-site ticket download, and much more.

I forgot my MyBCW account password. What do I do?
Please go to the “Forgot password?” page, enter your login email address and click “Reset password”. If you did not receive the password reset email, please check your spam folder or email participant support at info@etas-connections.de.

What is the cancellation policy?
Places for ETAS Connections 2024 are limited and tickets are free of charge. If your plans change after registration and you are unable to attend, please cancel via MyAccount. This way we can offer the place to other guests. 

Can I transfer my ticket to another attendee?
If you are unable to attend the event, you can nominate a substitute attendee no later than October 4, 2024 by sending an email to info@etas-connections.de. 

When will I receive my ticket/name badge?
You will receive a confirmation email upon completing your registration. Your ticket will be available in you MyAccount, which must be presented in either printed or digital form at the registration desk upon arrival at the event.
Once your eTicket has been scanned and voided, you will receive a printed name badge and lanyard to use for the duration of your visit.

Travel

Which airport should I fly into? 
International attendees should fly into Flughafen Stuttgart (STR)

Which train station should I travel to? 
Attendees travelling by train arrive at Stuttgart main station. The tram line U5, U6, U7 and U15 are connecting Stuttgart main station to Pragfreidhof (approximately 3 minutes). In about 10 walking minutes you will reach the venue. The entrance is located on Hedwig-Dohm-Strasse, between Pragfriedhof (cemetery) and trade school. 

Which hotel should I stay at? 
ETAS Connections attendees are welcome to stay at a hotel of their choice in the greater Stuttgart area. The list of hotel recommendations can be found here.

When should I arrive at the venue? 
The conference keynote starts on October 9, 2024 at 9:00 am. Check-in begins at 8 am. We recommend you arrive no later than 8:30 am. 

Will there be a cloakroom at the venue?
Yes, there is cloakroom at Wagenhallen. Coat check will be available on Wednesday, October 9 from 8:00 am until 23:00 am.

What is the best way to get around Stuttgart? 
Stuttgart’s public transportation is comfortable, safe and easy to understand. You can easily take S+U Bahn or the bus. 

Does the ticket include a ticket for public transport?
No, the tickets does not include a ticket for public transport.

Others

Are meals included?
Yes, ETAS Connections offers a variety of food options. Daily snacks, coffee, and beverages are available. A hot lunch will be served. Drinks and a buffet dinner will be provided at the networking party. ETAS Connections takes into account different dietary needs and therefore all ingredients are labelled. However, we kindly ask attendees to bear in mind that not all food preferences, intolerances, or allergies can be accommodated by our catering team.

Will there be wireless internet access?
Complimentary wireless internet access will be available throughout the entire venue. Access instructions will be given at the event. 

Will there be a conference app available? 
No

What should I wear?
We suggest you follow your personal preferences: business attire, business casual, or casual. We also suggest bringing a sweater or light jacket with you since temperatures onsite can vary between the inside halls and the outdoor area of the event.
