ETAS opens new office in Nagoya, Japan

ETAS celebrated the opening of its Nagoya office

A new office opened in Japan just recently. The Nagoya office will help ETAS to enhance its collaboration with customers nearby and in Western Japan.

ETAS celebrated the opening of its Nagoya office on February 17. Around 40 customers and partners attended the opening ceremony and dinner reception. Wolfgang Sienel, Vice President Sales Asia-Pacific, shared motivating words with attendees: “With the new Nagoya office as embedded partner, ETAS is more committed than ever to delivering top quality every time we interact with customers. We also want to ensure efficiency in solving customer issues.” He furthermore emphasized the need to “provide expertise at our customers’ doorstep and to meet their expectations in good time. ETAS should visit frequently to initiate and guide technical discussions.”

Five field application engineers and two key account managers will help ETAS to grow the business in Western Japan, an area key to the automotive industry. “Our new office in Nagoya will enable ETAS to meet market demands and address trends in Japan. ETAS solutions and services boost quality and efficiency with respect to developing and maintaining embedded systems,” Friedhelm Pickhard said in his opening speech. This step is essential for ETAS to continue thriving business in Japan and in the automotive industry.
