Customer-specific design of vehicle hardware

ETAS offers you a comprehensive portfolio of hardware components specifically designed for the automotive sector. As each project is unique, the standard versions do not always fit. Here, we support you with customer-specific modifications of existing products. Our modification scope includes:

• adaptation of standard products such as cables, for example in length or connector type
• implementation of components into existing hardware set-ups, for example through housing adaptations
• customer-specific interfaces (PCIe/USS/Ethernet/AURORA/JTAG)

In case you need a completely new product extension or stand-alone component, we can support the process end-to-end: from the initial design phase to production. Our development scope includes:

• technical planning of the product based on specific requirements and in close cooperation with our customers in a lean and agile process
• PCB design, layout and simulation, mechanical design
• production of components in small to large quantities, always maintaining high quality and meeting all necessary compliance standards
