INCA-RDE is an INCA add-on for in-vehicle real driving emissions (RDE) measurements. Using a universal interface module, it connects a portable emissions measurement system (PEMS) and the engine control unit (ECU) via CAN. This setup allows controlled, reproducible RDE driving tests, facilitating efficient tracking of real driving emissions and correlation with signals from the ECU.

Features

INCA-RDE can be used to execute RDE driving tests in a controlled and reproducible manner. This INCA add-on makes it possible to efficiently determine RDE emissions and correlate them with signals from the ECU. For this purpose, it provides special display instruments that enable test engineers to monitor and evaluate RDE measurements during driving tests. An ETAS hardware interface module can be used to connect the INCA-RDE software tool to a portable emissions measurement system (PEMS) via CAN.
