Continuous protection against cyberattacks for connected vehicles

Intrusion Detection and Prevention Solutions (IDPS) encompass multiple in­vehicle security software components with a managed security service in the back end: The distributed Intrusion Detection System (dIDS) in the in-vehicle network detects, checks, and filters potential attacks – and forwards them to a Vehicle Security Operations Center (VSOC) in the back end, where the collected data is interpreted, threats are analyzed, and suitable countermeasures are initiated.
