What to expect
As the automotive industry accelerates toward software-defined vehicles, ETAS will present how open standards and collaborative ecosystems can drive faster, more efficient software development at the 30th Automobil Elektronik Kongress in Ludwigsburg. Through the Vehicle Platform Suite enabled by Eclipse S-CORE, we will demonstrate how scalable, open-platform approaches and open-source technologies help reduce complexity, enhance reuse, and enable cross-company collaboration. A joint presentation by ETAS CEO Dr. Thomas Irawan and BMW’s Chris Salzmann will highlight how Eclipse S-CORE combines speed, efficiency, and community-driven innovation to bring automotive software to production readiness more quickly while supporting the broader shift toward software-defined vehicles.
