From complexity to control – comprehensive and unified solutions

Recap Automotive Testing Expo 2025
We were thrilled to connect with so many customers and partners at the Automotive Testing Expo 2025 in Stuttgart. With live demonstrations and expert presentations, we showcased a comprehensive portfolio of solutions for efficient vehicle function development – from measurement and calibration and data-driven development to cybersecurity.
Next-gen hardware for future E/E architectures
Mirko Haupt (Product Manager at ETAS) and Mukunda Gopal (Product Manager at ETAS) held an exciting presentation about our next-gen hardware devices meeting the demands of future E/E architectures. A key highlight, demonstrating the suitability of ETAS measurement and calibration devices for engineers working with increasingly Ethernet-based communication systems. Attendees were particularly excited about the launch of new Ethernet hardware interfaces capable of 1Gig and 10BaseT1S speeds, and the features that make ETAS devices ideal for in-vehicle development.
AI-enhanced testbench efficiency
Thorsten Huber (Lead Product Manager Data Analytics and Modeling at ETAS) presentation "Enhancing testbench efficiency with real-time connection and self-learning AI," explored the transformative benefits of combining fast ECU access with self-learning AI methods. The presentation pointed out how automated self-learning can improve test run efficiency, enhance stability, and provide efficient automation methods for measuring modern powertrains. The audience response was overwhelmingly positive, with many attendees noting the immediate applicability of these techniques to their own workflows.
Unified Demonstrator: a holistic showcase
The centerpiece of ETAS' presence at Testing Expo Europe 2025 was the Unified Demonstrator, which drew large interest. This first-time presentation showcased ETAS’ comprehensive software development, measurement, and calibration capabilities for modern E/E architectures. This demonstration illustrated ETAS' ability to consolidate data sources into a unified ecosystem, streamlining calibration and measurement processes. The Unified Demonstrator powerfully illustrated how ETAS provides a unified approach for measuring and calibrating in modern EE architectures, eliminating silos, improving data consistency, and accelerating the calibration process. ETAS effectively communicated its recognition of the industry's shift towards domain-based architectures and how it directly addresses this trend with ECU access solutions and the powerful INCA measurement tool.
Demonstrations generated excitement
In addition to the Unified Demonstrator, ETAS showcased four other key demonstrations, each generating significant buzz:
- ESCRYPT CycurFUZZ and Kondukto integration: Highlighting the accelerated identification and remediation of security issues through protocol fuzzing and application security posture management.
- Remote & collaborative data acquisition and processing: Showcasing solutions for seamless access to vehicle data and collaborative co-development, enabling "Collaboration Anywhere Anytime Efficiently."
- Analyzing and processing high data volumes in the cloud: Highlighting the ability to transform data into information through pre-processing and analysis, delivering valuable insights in an interactive report.
- Network devices for current and future E/E architectures: Emphasizing ETAS' comprehensive support for different E/E architectures, including Gigabit Ethernet, Automotive Ethernet 10Base-T1S, CAN FD, and LIN.
A big thank you to everyone who visited the ETAS booth and engaged in inspiring conversations with our on-site team!
