Mariella Minutolo to become new President of the Board of Management of ETAS GmbH

Stuttgart, July 10, 2026 – Mariella Minutolo will assume the presidency of the Board of Management of ETAS GmbH as of now. She takes over the role as President in addition to her existing responsibilities for Sales and Marketing. Mariella Minutolo succeeds Dr. Thomas Irawan, who, at his own request, will continue his professional career outside the Bosch Group.

As Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Mariella Minutolo has been responsible for the company’s global sales and marketing activities for over three years and has played a key role in successfully positioning ETAS as a leading provider of software solutions for the mobility of the future. In her new role, she will drive the company’s strategic development together with her colleague on the Board of Management, Veronika Danner, and ETAS’s international teams.

Mariella Minutolo has been a member of the Board of Management of the ETAS GmbH since October 2022 and is responsible for the company’s global sales, marketing, and communications activities. Previously, she held various leadership roles focused on developing new customer groups and business areas, particularly in the fields of electric mobility, mobility and logistics services. She began her career at Daimler, moved to the publishing house Hubert Burda Media as a trainee and later as a project manager for digitalization projects, and has been active in the Bosch Group since 2008.

Dr. Thomas Irawan, who holds a doctorate in physics and computer science, joined the Robert Bosch GmbH in 2006. Since October 2022, he has served as President of the Board of Management at ETAS GmbH. Previously, he was responsible for the Driver Experience product division for assisted, automated, and connected driving within the Bosch business unit Cross-Domain Computing Solutions.
