RTA-FBL GM V1.3.4

RTA-FBL GM V1.3.4 is the latest release of RTA-FBL GM plugin for ISOLAR-B and supersedes RTA-FBL GM V1.3.3.This version provides two bugfixes:

• Now the FBL supports both 29-bit Normal fixed addressing and 11-bit Normal fixed addressing at the same time in Programming session.
• Changed the default/initial value for the App-NBID from 0 to 1 based on GM's direction. GM clarified there is no hard requirement about the value being 1 because if software is being released for a module that had its App-NBID for some reason previously then the value would need to be set to that higher value.
