Technical Support Helpdesk for ETAS Products

Customers with a service agreement can email our technical support helpdesk for assistance with most* ETAS products. When contacting the helpdesk, please provide a description of the problem as well as a list of the software versions and hardware being used. Please also include your software license number. If you prefer support via telephone, please be sure to include your phone number in your initial support request.

Hardware Returns / Repairs

For returns and repairs or calibration of ETAS hardware, please contact sales.us@etas.com. Please include the hardware name, serial number and a brief description for the reason for return.  You must be issued a return authorization number prior to sending the hardware to ETAS.

Support for Diagnostics Products (MDI, VCI, TECH2, CANdi modules etc)

For technical support of diagnostics products, please contact repair.diagnostics@us.bosch.com or refer to Bosch Diagnostics Sales and Support.

Please do not send any diagnostics equipment to the ETAS address in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
