ETAS implemented an integrated diagnostic platform that replicated and improved upon the existing web shop functionality. Cloud-Hosted Diagnostics Solution capabilities enable optimized, centralized feature management via single sign-on across the company's services. The platform supports seamless online and offline usage by integrating ECU flashing with diagnostic tool interfaces to deliver a consistent user experience across devices.

Starting with a proof of concept, the project evolved through close collaboration between the two companies to ensure tailored integration. Secure, cloud-based software updates combined with built-in cybersecurity mechanisms support compliance with current and evolving regulatory requirements and enable reliable system updates.
